The practice would like to apologise to all of our patients who have experienced difficulty in contacting us by phone. We have had an ongoing problem with our phone lines for many months and unfortunately we are no nearer to finding a permanent solution to this problem then we were when the issue first arose.
The practice would like to stress that the health and wellbeing of all our patients is of paramount importance to us and as such we are in the process of purchasing a new telephone system which we are confident will cure all the problems that you have experienced over the past few months.
We are currently unable to give you a precise date as to when the new system will be operational but preparatory work has already been undertaken so hopefully this will be up and running sooner rather than later.
